Reporting To: Senior Management The role will be based in Jaipur and will be responsible for providing technical assistance across

Project Engineering, Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), and Design Review/Technical

Validation.

Key Performance Areas (KPIs)

- Project technical quality and timely technical support
- Design review and technical approval accuracy
- Plant availability and performance improvement
- Reduction in recurring technical failures
- O&M; efficiency and downtime reduction
- Technical audit and compliance closure
- Project commissioning and handover quality
- Engineering process and SOP implementation
- Vendor/contractor technical performance




- Team productivity and technical capability development

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Renewable Energy / related engineering discipline and Masters will be preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Solar EPC, Project Engineering, O&M; or related solar

engineering functions.
- Experience in managing multiple solar projects/sites and engineering teams will be

preferred.
- Experience across commercial & industrial (C&I;), rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar
