Role Description The Software Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, coordinating requirements gathering, planning, execution, and closure. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves working closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project scope, timelines, and resources.

The Software Project

Manager will monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure projects meet quality standards, budget constraints, and delivery commitments. Daily responsibilities include facilitating meetings, tracking milestones, resolving issues, communicating status updates,



and driving continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Software Project Management and Project Management skills to plan, execute, and deliver software initiatives effectively.
- Candidates should possess Software Development knowledge to collaborate with technical teams and understand implementation details.
- Candidates should possess Requirements Analysis and Analytical Skills to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
- Candidates should possess proven experience managing software or technology projects, preferably in a BPO or IT services environment.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Candidates should possess familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, MS Project).
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site team setting in Bengaluru.
