Finz is a Recent York-based fintech rethinking how businesses run finance with AI. Our AI-native platform brings financial and operational data together to automate finance work and improve business performance.

We’re building our engineering team in Koramangala, Bangalore and looking for strong software engineers who can build and ship end to end.

What You’ll Do

- Build and ship across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and AI
- Take features from problem definition through production
- Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, agents, tools, and structured data
- Work with financial data, integrations, and production systems
- Build APIs, data pipelines, background jobs, and internal tools
- Use AI throughout the development process
- Test, debug, deploy, and improve what you ship
- Work directly with the Engineering Lead and founder

What We’re Looking For

- Strong programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals
- Ability to build and ship working products end to end
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs or AI applications




- Experience using AI coding tools or agents as part of development
- Evidence of products, projects, or systems you have built
- Final-year students, recent graduates, or engineers with up to 2 years of experience

Technical Experience Experience with some of the following:

- TypeScript / JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js
- Python, FastAPI
- PostgreSQL, SQL, data modelling
- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations
- AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Docker, Git, CI/CD
- Queues, caching, background jobs, and event-driven systems
- LLM APIs, agents, tool calling, structured outputs, RAG, and evals
- Testing, observability, performance, and production debugging
- AI-assisted development tools and coding agents

Internship Details 3 months, in person in Koramangala, Bangalore, with the opportunity to continue full-time based on performance.
