Role Description

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Python) for a full time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in Python development, software engineering, backend development, application development, APIs, automation, data engineering, databases, cloud technologies, analytics, and enterprise applications.

The Software Engineer (Python) will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, automate, and improve Python-based applications, backend services, APIs, data workflows, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, automation scripts, data-processing libraries, cloud platforms, microservices, enterprise applications, and modern software-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Python development, software engineering, software development, backend development, application development, automation, data engineering, web development, analytics, or related technology roles can apply.




- Candidates currently working as Software Engineer (Python), Python Software Engineer, Python Developer, Software Engineer Python, Software Developer, Backend Developer, Backend Engineer, Application Developer, Django Developer, Flask Developer, FastAPI Developer, Data Engineer, Automation Engineer, or Associate Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of Python programming and software-development fundamentals.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, modules, packages, exception handling, debugging, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, authorization, web services, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, MongoDB, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, or similar libraries will be advantageous.
- Exposure to backend application development, API development, database integration, or server-side programming will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation scripting, workflow automation, task scheduling, or process automation using Python will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data processing, analytics, or data engineering will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, code reviews, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to PyTest, unittest, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.




- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, virtual environments, dependency management, application deployment, logging, and monitoring will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, Redis, Celery, Kafka, RabbitMQ, caching, or event-driven applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, API security, or secure backend-development concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to cloud databases, serverless applications, scalable backend systems, or cloud-native development will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, data science, or generative AI will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, dashboards, analytics, or business-intelligence tools will be beneficial for data-oriented candidates but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical Python-based software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, Python project, Django project, Flask project, FastAPI project, automation project, API project, data project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time Python-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new Python frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, automation tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
