We are looking for an SDE III Backend with strong experience in building scalable systems and solving complex, real-world engineering problems. What You’ll Do

As an SDE III – Backend, you will:

- Build and enhance platform architecture using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and Solidity.
- Assess security risks associated with the platform architecture and recommend and implement appropriate solutions.
- Design and scale infrastructure to support increasing business and transaction volumes.
- Understand the underlying blockchain architecture and how APIs are designed and exposed for consumption.
- Work on optimization algorithms to enable faster settlement through the platform while minimizing technical and financial risks.
- Establish processes and best practices for the efficient deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technical initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams.





What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade systems in a startup or fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Node.js and its internals.
- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs and web services using Express.js.
- Strong experience with server-side technologies and tools such as Node.js, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Robust understanding of cloud infrastructure, with AWS preferred; experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is also relevant.
- Strong focus on code quality, scalability, reliability, and security.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong product-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
- Comfortable working in an Agile startup environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
