Role Description

We are looking for a Software Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals interested in software development, application development, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, web applications, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, automation, and enterprise applications.

The Software Developer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, integrate, and improve software applications, internal systems, APIs, automation tools, and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, React, Angular, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and contemporary software-development tools depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in software development, software engineering,



application development, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, web development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Software Developer, Software Engineer, Application Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, Python Developer, Web Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Junior Software Developer, or Systems Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, Go, PHP, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, clean coding practices, and software-development fundamentals.
- Exposure to backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of database design, queries, indexing, transactions, normalization, and data-access concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices,



distributed systems, scalable applications, or service-oriented architecture will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, API testing, automated testing, or test-driven development will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to OAuth, JWT, API security, role-based access control, secure coding, or application-security practices will be an advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, business intelligence, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, software project, web-development project, backend project, frontend project, full-stack project, GitHub project, portfolio, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time software-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, databases, cloud technologies, and modern software-development practices.
