Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure software applications on desktops, laptops, and POS systems.
- Troubleshoot application installation, configuration, login, performance, and compatibility issues.
- Install application updates, patches, drivers, and required supporting software.
- Configure applications according to customer and system requirements.
- Diagnose software and operating-system-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Support POS applications and related software at customer locations or remotely.
- Coordinate with technical, TRC, and Field Engineering teams for complex issues.
- Guide users on basic application usage and troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of software installations, issues, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Ensure applications are properly tested and functional after installation or troubleshooting.
- Escalate recurring or unresolved application issues to the appropriate technical team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
