We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to deliver engaging training sessions, enhance employee skills, and support organizational learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver technical and soft skills training to students.
· Conduct sessions on aptitude, communication, interview skills, and employability.
· Provide resume building and profile enhancement support.
· Prepare students for campus recruitment through mock interviews and group discussions.
· Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
· Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning content.
· Track student progress and maintain training reports.
- Coordinate with placement and academic teams to ensure training effectiveness.
· Motivate and mentor students to improve confidence and job readiness.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Trainer, Process Trainer, Technical & Soft Skills Trainer, or a similar role.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Robust presentation and facilitation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to motivate and engage learners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary
25K To 35K (Based on Experience)
