Krome Ceramics is looking for a creative & passionate Social Media Strategist to elevate our digital presence and bring our brand, products, and projects to life!

Role Description: The Social Media Strategist role at Krome Ceramics is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram, Haryana.

The Social Media

Strategist will develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives, plan content calendars, and optimize presence across key platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and curating engaging posts, monitoring performance metrics, managing social media optimization (SMO), and coordinating with internal teams for campaign assets and product information. The role involves engaging with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries, and supporting public relations initiatives to strengthen brand visibility.

Strategist will also analyze trends, report on campaign results, and recommend improvements to enhance reach and engagement.

? What We're Looking For:✅ 4–5 years of relevant experience in social media & content creation

✅ Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest





✅ Basic–intermediate skills in CorelDRAW & Photoshop

✅ Hands-on experience in photography, videography & Reels creation

✅ Familiarity with modern social media creative tools

✅ Ability to create fresh, engaging & eye-catching monthly content

✅ Solid social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms

✅ Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, brand positioning, and audience segmentation

✅ Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

✅ Prior experience in the interior, architecture, building materials, or ceramics industry is an advantage
