Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Bengaluru with 1-3 yrs of experience .The specialist will manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing social media calendars, designing and writing posts, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data and trends. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to gather inputs, promote services,



and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

The specialist will also monitor industry trends, engage with online audiences, and support broader digital marketing and branding initiatives.

Experience- we are looking for 1-3 yrs expeorience candidate only.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messages and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to plan and execute content calendars, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an in office team environment.
- Prior experience in B2B or corporate services marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
