We run five brands across jewellery, care products and lifestyle — Nornament (fine jewellery), Karigar, Jewel Care, Storyteller and Superstar.Living (matcha & lifestyle). We're hiring one person to own marketing and social media across all of them.

This is a builder's role, not a posting role. You'll set the strategy, shoot and ship the content, and close the collaborations yourself.

What you'll own

- Monthly content calendar and brand-wise strategy across Instagram (primary), plus WhatsApp and YouTube where relevant
- Day-to-day content creation — reels, product stills, behind-the-scenes, store and café footage. You shoot and you edit.
- Copywriting with a distinct voice per brand: luxury for Nornament, accessible for Jewel Care, lifestyle for Superstar.Living
- Influencer and brand collaborations end-to-end — sourcing, outreach, negotiating barter and paid deals, briefing, tracking deliverables
- Meta ads: campaign setup,



budget management, creative testing
- Monthly reporting on reach, engagement, growth and collaboration ROI — with a transparent view on what to double down on

Target output: 40–60 pieces of content shipped, 8–12 collaborations closed, and one strategy review per month across all brands.

What we're looking for

- 2–4 years running social media for consumer or D2C brands, agency or in-house
- A portfolio of accounts you've grown — with numbers, not adjectives
- Hands-on editing (CapCut, Premiere, Canva) and weekly use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway)
- Ability to run five brands with five different tones without blurring any of them
- Mumbai-based — shoots happen on ground
