Role & Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts for multiple coaches

- Plan content calendars and create posts, reels, and captions in each coach's voice

- Engage with audience (comments/DMs) and track growth, engagement & reach

- Coordinate with coaches for content aligned to launches, courses, and offers

- Work with designers/editors for content production

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years managing social media, ideally for coaches/personal brands/education businesses

- Strong grasp of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn content styles and algorithms

- Positive writing skills; comfortable using Canva/CapCut and scheduling tools

- Data-driven, organized, able to handle multiple accounts independently
