About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Intern to help build W&W;’s digital presence. The role involves turning business and finance concepts into simple, engaging content that connects with entrepreneurs, founders and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain a monthly content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create posts, carousels, short videos, reels and infographics using Canva or similar tools.
- Write explicit captions and content on finance, business management, entrepreneurship and W&W;’s services.
- Coordinate with the consulting team to develop educational posts, approved case studies and service explainers.
- Schedule approved content and maintain consistency in branding, tone and posting frequency.
- Monitor comments and messages, draft appropriate responses and flag potential business enquiries to the team.
- Research relevant trends, topics,



hashtags and competitor content.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and enquiries; prepare a brief monthly performance report.
- Assist with social media campaigns and paid promotions under supervision.
- Protect client confidentiality and obtain approval before publishing financial claims or client-related content.

Candidate Profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Commerce, Management or a related field.
- Strong written English, attention to detail and an eye for design.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and Canva.
- Basic video editing skills would be an advantage.
- Interest in finance, consulting and B2B marketing; prior industry experience is not required.
- Ability to research, meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
- Personal projects, college campaigns or a content portfolio are welcome.
