Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Social Media Department and team.

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives.

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant social platforms.

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaigns and launches.

- Drive creative content ideas including Reels, posts, stories, videos and social campaigns.

- Monitor social media trends, viral formats, trending sounds and audience behaviour.

- Coordinate with creative, content, influencer and marketing teams for campaign execution.

- Ensure consistent brand communication, tone and visual identity across platforms.

- Track and analyze reach, engagement, followers, traffic and overall social media performance.





- Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.

- Manage timelines, priorities and deliverables across the social media team.

- Develop initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement and community growth

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Brand Management.

- Experience managing social media for a D2C, Beauty, Perfume, FMCG, Fashion or Lifestyle brand is preferred.

- Solid understanding of Instagram, Reels, content trends and social media growth.

- Proven ability to manage a team and take ownership of the complete social media function.

- Strong creative thinking, communication and analytical skills.
