Job Summary-

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our brand's social media presence and support digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and publishing content, engaging with online communities, coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and assisting with creator collaborations to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities-

● Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

● Develop compelling captions, reels, stories, and posts aligned with the brand's communication strategy. ● Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets and campaign execution.

● Identify and coordinate with relevant content creators and influencers for brand collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of campaign requirements.





● Maintain relationships with creators and support end-to-end coordination for collaboration campaigns. ● Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to recommend new content ideas.

● Track campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to optimize content strategy. ● Assist in the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements-

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

● 2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

● Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current digital trends.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

● A creative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
