About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own our social media presence end to end, from strategy and content creation to publishing, audience growth, and reporting.

This is a build-from-scratch role focused on strengthening brand visibility and establishing the firm as a trusted voice in the AEC and technical services space. LinkedIn will be the primary channel, supported by Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

This is a brand-building role, not a maintenance or lead-generation position.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and own the monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Build and execute a social media strategy aligned with the firm's brand and visibility goals.
- Write explicit, engaging, technically accurate content for an audience of architects, engineers, project managers, and other AEC professionals.




- Translate complex technical subjects into accessible, compelling social content.
- Develop LinkedIn content that builds thought leadership, credibility, and brand awareness.
- Produce and coordinate visual assets, including project imagery, graphics, carousels, and short-form video.
- Work with internal teams to gather project information, technical insights, and visual material.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing process across all social platforms.
- Grow the firm's follower base and engagement against clearly defined monthly targets.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities to improve content and audience growth.
