About the Role

Thaicco Media is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, audience engagement, and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the client's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Create engaging content ideas, captions, posts, reels, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant trends into the content strategy.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Analyze social media insights and performance metrics.
- Prepare and share regular social media performance reports.
- Plan, execute,



and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
- Optimize paid campaigns based on performance and business objectives.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure timely content delivery.

Requirements
- 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in social media management.
- Hands-on experience managing business/professional social media accounts.
- Experience in running and managing Meta Ads is required.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and content strategies.
- Good communication and creative skills.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and make improvements.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Qualification
- Degree preferred.
- Relevant certification or practical experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
