Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow social media presence for Kyle Solutions and our clients. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and digital marketing, with the ability to turn business objectives into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for the company and clients.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and manage engaging social media content, including posts, carousels, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, and other team members to produce quality content.
- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, community engagement, and audience interactions.
- Research industry trends, competitors, hashtags, and emerging social media formats.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Stay updated with social media platform updates, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining consistent brand voice and quality.




- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, campaigns, promotions, and business goals.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of content planning, social media strategy, and audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand different brands and adapt content accordingly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

Preferred

- Experience handling B2B brands or B2B social media marketing is a plus.
- Experience in marketing software products, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, Canva, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Experience working with multiple clients or digital marketing agencies.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with short-form video and Reel trends.
