Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Handler to manage our social media presence and build engaging content for our travel and tourism brand. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have good content sense, and be comfortable creating and managing content across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create and publish engaging Reels, Posts, Stories, Videos, and other social media content.
- Develop travel-focused content around destinations, hotels, resorts, packages, experiences, and offers.
- Coordinate with the photography, video, sales, and marketing teams for content requirements.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and other external creators when required.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, hashtags, audio, and content styles.
- Handle comments, DMs, inquiries, and audience engagement professionally.
- Monitor and maintain the brand’s online reputation.




- Assist in influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, followers, and leads.
- Prepare basic performance reports and suggest improvements based on results.
- Ensure all content follows the company’s branding and communication guidelines.
- Support promotional campaigns for travel packages, hotels, resorts, and seasonal offers.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Handling / Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Robust knowledge of Reels, Stories, posts, captions, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of travel and lifestyle content.
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple social media activities and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, Hotels, Resorts, or Lifestyl

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
