Immedone is a neighbourhood service marketplace built to connect people who need everyday services with service providers available around them.

As we prepare to grow Immedone from Coimbatore, we’re looking for someone who can help us build a strong, relatable and engaging digital presence. someone who enjoys creating content, experimenting with ideas and understanding what makes people stop scrolling and pay attention.

About the Role

This is a hands-on creative and digital marketing role.

You won’t just be scheduling posts or maintaining a social media calendar. You’ll work closely with the founders and design team to shape how Immedone communicates online, from Reels and campaigns to Meta Ads, local marketing ideas and launch initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who can combine creativity with basic marketing and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Immedone’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Create engaging content ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and campaigns.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts and short-form marketing copy.
- Shoot and edit simple social media videos and Reels.
- Coordinate with the UI/UX/design team for branded creatives when required.
- Plan content around Immedone’s Seeker and Provider audiences.
- Develop local and culturally relevant campaigns for the Coimbatore market.
- Set up, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experiment with audiences, creatives, messaging and campaign formats.
- Monitor campaign and content performance using relevant analytics.
- Track metrics such as reach, engagement,



CTR, CPC, conversions and other campaign KPIs.
- Identify trends, formats and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Support launch campaigns, referral initiatives, provider acquisition and customer awareness activities.
- Coordinate basic influencer, creator or local collaboration activities when required.
- Suggest new marketing experiments instead of simply following a fixed content routine.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and short-form content.
- Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Ability to generate creative concepts independently.
- Good written communication and copywriting skills.
- Comfortable creating content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Ability to understand basic campaign and social media analytics.
- Comfortable appearing behind the camera, directing shoots or coordinating content creation when required.
- Ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
- Willingness to experiment, learn and improve based on performance data.

Preferred Skills

- Tamil and English communication skills.
- Understanding of Coimbatore and local audience behaviour.
- Experience creating Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic photography/videography skills.
- Experience with Canva or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.




- Basic understanding of paid acquisition, retargeting and audience segmentation.
- Exposure to influencer marketing or local brand collaborations.
- Startup or agency experience is an advantage.
