Doodle Technologies is a UAE-based digital solutions company delivering web development, ERP systems, print & branding, and AI-driven products to clients across the Middle East. We're looking for a driven Social Media Manager to build and scale our brand presence across all major platforms.

Role Overview

We're seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently plan, create, and manage content across all platforms — with a sharp focus on audience growth, follower acquisition, and engagement. This is a growth-first role: you'll own the strategy and be accountable for measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow all social media platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube — with full ownership of each channel
- Develop and execute a growth-focused content strategy aimed at increasing followers, reach, and engagement across platforms
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar; create/curate posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns to support follower and engagement growth
- Track platform algorithms and trends to keep content strategy current and competitive
- Engage actively with the community — respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build audience loyalty




- Analyze performance metrics (followers, reach, engagement, CTR) and report on growth against targets
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand voice across all channels
- Identify influencer and cross-promotion opportunities to accelerate follower growth
- Stay ahead of platform updates, new features, and viral content formats relevant to the brand

Requirements

- Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, with a track record of driving follower growth
- Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube)
- Experience running paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Comfortable with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, basic video editing)
- Data-driven mindset — able to read analytics and translate them into strategy
- Excellent written communication and creativity
- Prior experience in a digital agency, tech, or similar fast-paced setting preferred
