Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in content strategy, social media management, email marketing, and campaign execution. This role requires both creative thinking and analytical skills to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and create content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Write and manage engaging content, including captions, posts, and campaign creatives.
- Handle end-to-end social media management, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience queries.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Write email marketing content such as promotional emails.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creative content development.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in outdoor shoots when required for content creation.

Required Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Strategy, or Digital Marketing.
- Robust experience in content planning and strategy development.
- Good experience in email marketing and content writing.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns.
- Basic understanding of performance metrics and analytics.
- Good communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of paid campaigns and ad management.
- Understanding of branding, audience targeting, and content trends.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
