WE’RE HIRING Social Media Manager

Position: Intern / Fresher

Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: ₹1,000 – ₹5,000/month, depending on skills, performance, consistency and growth during the internship.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends
- Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic designing
- Ability to plan and manage a brand’s overall social media presence
- Should understand what type of Reels, posts, stories and content a page needs
- Ability to understand and maintain the vibe, visual identity and content direction of a brand
- Should be able to create content calendars and guide content execution
- Should actively work towards growing reach, engagement and followers
- Comfortable attending shoots with the cameraman, host and content team




- Ability to guide/direct shoots according to the planned content
- Good content ideation, caption writing and trend research skills
- Should be organised and capable of managing multiple social media pages
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable taking responsibility, feedback and meeting deadlines
- Freshers with strong social media understanding and willingness to learn are welcome

You won’t just manage a page. You’ll help decide what goes on it, how it looks, what gets shot and how it grows. Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
