Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing agency. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts for our clients, developing engaging content strategies, coordinating creatives, and running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple client accounts and understand how to grow brands through social media and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts for multiple clients.
- Create and execute social media strategies based on client goals.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for social media creatives.
- Write/review captions, hashtags, and social media content.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media and advertising performance reports.
- Research competitors, trends, hashtags, and industry-specific content ideas.




- Communicate with clients regarding social media requirements and campaign updates.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Meta Ads features, and digital marketing practices

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Social Media Management/Digital Marketing.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience managing social media pages for clients/brands.
- Positive understanding of Facebook and Instagram marketing.
- Knowledge of content planning, engagement, and social media growth.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance reporting.
