At Social Nanban, we don’t just post content; we create digital experiences that connect people. As a Social Media Management Intern, you’ll play an active role in supporting both our in-house and client-facing social media efforts. This internship is a learning-ground for those who want hands-on exposure to how social media strategy, content, team effort and communication come together in the real world.

- Full time : 8 hours x 5 days a week - Start between 11 AM to 2 PM IST
- Part time : 4 hours/day x 5 days a week (flexible) - Start between 11 AM to 6 PM IST

You’ll be actively involved in learning, building, managing,



and analyzing social media trends and presence for industries such as healthcare, gaming and event management, accounting across US, UAE, UK and India. This role gives you exposure to both creative and strategic sides of digital communication.

- Planning & Scheduling: Learning and assisting with planning monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and client needs.
- Engagement & Community Building: Monitor DMs, comments, and mentions; draft replies thoughtfully to foster healthy engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns by uploading content, sharing customized engagements, and amplifying visibility.
- Platform Maintenance: Keep bios, pinned posts, and highlights updated for all managed accounts.
- Social Listening & ORM: Keep an eye on online conversations about our brand, platforms we are building and flag important sentiment changes.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated with trending formats, audio, reels, and content styles that can boost reach.
- Analytics Support: Track performance metrics and help highlight what’s working well.
- Collaborative Tasks: Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a business-related field (e.g., BBA, MBA, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing etc.)
