About us

Agams is an Indore-based food brand selling sweets, namkeen, bakery, dry fruits, mukhwas and spices now we are expanding from our retail counter into online sales and digital marketing.

The role

We're looking for someone who can own our entire digital presence — from shooting and editing Reels, to running our social channels, to listing and managing our products on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces. This is a hands-on role: you will be shooting, editing, writing, posting and tracking results yourself.

Key responsibilities

Content creation

- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form video for our products
- Product photography and photo editing for social posts and marketplace listings
- Design posters, offer creatives and festival campaigns (Diwali, Rakhi, wedding season)
- Write captions in Hindi and English, with relevant local hashtags

Social media management

- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp Business
- Maintain a consistent posting calendar
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer enquiries promptly
- Track reach, engagement and follower growth, and report monthly

E-commerce operations

- Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart and similar platforms
- Write product titles, descriptions and keyword-optimised content
- Manage pricing, inventory updates,



offers and catalogue accuracy
- Monitor orders, returns, ratings and seller performance metrics
- Handle marketplace customer queries and reviews

Growth

- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads and marketplace ads within budget
- Coordinate with local micro-influencers and food bloggers in Indore
- Test content formats and report on what is actually driving enquiries and sales

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any stream. A degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Design or BBA/MBA (Marketing) is preferred but not mandatory — a robust portfolio matters more.

Experience

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, agency or business
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub is strongly preferred
- Experience with FMCG, food, D2C or retail brands is an advantage
- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio of self-made Reels and creatives may be considered

Technical skills (must have)

- Video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Design: Canva (essential), Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred)
- Mobile videography and basic product photography
- Meta Business Suite and Instagram Insights




- Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub listing and catalogue management
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for inventory and reporting

Certifications (preferred, not mandatory)

- Meta Blueprint / Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
- Google Digital Garage — Fundamentals of Digital Marketing
- Google Ads or Google Analytics (GA4) certification
- Amazon Seller University or Flipkart Seller Learning Centre completion
- Any recognised digital marketing course (HubSpot, Coursera, Simplilearn, etc.)

Other requirements

- Fluent in Hindi and working English — you'll write captions in both
- Understanding of Indore's local market and customer preferences
- Own smartphone with a good camera; own laptop preferred
- Available to work on-site at Narsing Bazar

What will make you stand out
- A portfolio link with Reels you personally shot and edited
- Proof of an account you grew, with before/after numbers
- Experience listing food products (FSSAI compliance, shelf life, packaging norms)
- Basic understanding of food labelling and marketplace category requirements
