B2C: Listening Circle For Men, Skilling Workshops, Assessments, Hobby/ Interest Groups, Networking Mixer, Mentorship & Guidance, Webinars, Counselling & Therapy, and more.

B2B: Programs, Coaching & Workshops focusing on Culture, Leadership, and Policies & Benefits.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Social Media Content

- Assist in creating and publishing daily content across social media platforms.
- Identify trending topics, memes, conversations, hashtags and formats relevant to Men's Circle India's audience.
- Assist in creating captions, headlines, hooks and other social copy.
- Repurpose existing content into social-first formats.
- Support the team in creating Reels, Stories, posts, carousels and other platform-specific content.

Trend & Content Research

- Monitor social media trends and identify content opportunities.
- Research competitor and industry social media activity.
- Suggest relevant content ideas based on emerging trends and audience interests.





Publishing & Social Media Management

- Assist with scheduling and publishing content as per the weekly content calendar.
- Ensure captions, tags, hashtags, thumbnails and other publishing elements are accurate.
- Maintain consistency with social media tone and brand guidelines.
- Monitor comments, audience reactions and engagement on published content.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Current students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent written communication, thoughtful storytelling, and sensitivity to health & wellbeing topics.
- Good understanding of entertainment, celebrities, pop culture and internet trends.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Basic familiarity with design or content tools ( e.g., Canva, AI Tools, scheduling platforms ) is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Comfortable with CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
- Must own a personal laptop.
- Minimum commitment of 3 months required for internship completion certificate.
