Role Overview We are looking for a Content Creator / Influencer who will act as the face of our brand across digital platforms. This is an on-camera role, where you will actively create, speak, and represent the brand through engaging content.

Ideal Influencer Profile We are primarily looking for:
- Nano Influencers (0–10K followers)
- Micro Influencers (10K–50K followers)

Preference will be given to creators who are:
- Consistent and actively creating content
- Comfortable experimenting and growing with the brand
- Looking to build their personal brand + company brand together

Preferred Content Categories
- Lifestyle / relatable content
- Educational / teaching-style content
- Self-improvement / motivation
- Communication / personality development

Bonus if you create content around:

- Mental health awareness
- English speaking / confidence
- Career or student-focused topics
- Awareness / informational content

Key Responsibilities
- Appear on camera as a brand spokesperson/influencer
- Create and record self-shot videos, including reels, shorts, educational and promotional content
- Represent brand messaging in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner
- Assist in content ideation and planning
- Perform basic video editing such as cuts, captions, and transitions
- Collaborate with the team to execute platform-specific content strategies
- Create short-form video content consistently as per the content plan

Compensation




- ₹250–₹500 per completed short reel/video
- Compensation may vary depending on the content requirements, complexity, and creator experience
- Part-Time / Freelance basis
- Flexible engagement based on content requirements and mutually agreed schedule

Requirements
- Strong interest in content creation & social media growth
- Comfortable and confident speaking on camera
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with ability to adapt across multiple content niches

Important (Must Read Before Applying)
- Regularly record videos of yourself speaking
- Act as a public-facing personality for the brand
- Be comfortable with consistent content creation and posting
- Be available for content shoots as required
