About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Social Media Executive to manage Cosmoshop_DS’s social media presence and contribute to organic growth across platforms.

The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a strong content sense, and be comfortable creating and shooting short-form videos in-house.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Assist in developing and executing monthly content calendars.
- Ideate and create engaging, relatable, and trend-led content, especially Reels and short-form videos .
- Participate in and coordinate in-house video shoots , including ideation, scripting, planning, and execution.
- Stay updated with viral trends, sounds, memes, formats, and competitor activity.
- Write and coordinate hooks, captions, scripts, and CTAs .
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and internal teams for timely content execution.
- Repurpose high-performing content across different platforms.




- Monitor social media performance, reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Experiment with new content formats and ideas to improve organic growth.
- Take ownership of assigned social media activities from ideation to execution and reporting .

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation.
- Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content.
- Good understanding of trends, hooks, creative concepts, and storytelling .
- Hands-on experience with social media video shoots.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive, organised, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Ideal Candidate Someone who actively contributes ideas, follows trends, participates in shoots, coordinates with the creative team, experiments with content, and takes ownership of day-to-day social media execution.
