About the Role

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Creative Marketing Executive to develop engaging content, campaigns, reels, graphics, and digital marketing initiatives for HospitalStore.com.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in creative storytelling, social media, healthcare, and AI-driven content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create social media creatives, carousels, infographics, banners, and promotional designs.
- Conceptualize, edit, and publish Reels and short-form videos.
- Create basic motion graphics and animated content.
- Convert healthcare and medical technology topics into simple and engaging content.
- Plan campaigns for product launches, offers, events, and healthcare awareness days.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Research competitors, trends, and recent content formats to generate fresh ideas.

Required Skills

- Canva – Must Have
- Social media management and content planning




- Graphic design and creative content development
- Basic video/reel editing and motion graphics
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Good copywriting and content ideation skills
- Understanding of hooks, CTAs, Instagram and LinkedIn content formats
- Strong visual sense and understanding of branding
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience in Healthcare, B2B, SaaS, or Technology Marketing
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut

Ideal Candidate A creative thinker and strong executor who can take an idea from concept → design → content → publishing, stay updated with social media trends, learn healthcare concepts quickly, and take ownership of deadlines and deliverables. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
