Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

ONLY 1-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage the complete digital presence of the company from *lead generation and paid campaigns to social media, website, and creatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads for leads, inquiries, and conversions
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
- Manage and update the company website, including content, landing pages, and basic SEO
- Create your own social media creatives, posts, reels, stories, and videos
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop content around events, experiential projects, brands, and company activities
- Handle pre-event, live-event, and post-event social media coverage
- Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos for social media
- Plan and maintain a content calendar




- Work closely with the CS/BD and operations teams to understand business requirements and generate relevant content/leads
- Track digital and social media performance and continuously improve campaigns and content

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / social media
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of lead generation, targeting, funnels, and conversions
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media trends
- Ability to create and edit your own creatives, reels, and videos
- Basic understanding of website management, SEO, Google Analytics, and landing pages
- Creative, proactive, numbers-oriented, and execution-focused
- Event industry experience is a plus point
