Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media Marketer who can independently plan and execute engaging content across multiple brands. The candidate should understand what works on social media—not just posting content, but creating ideas that improve reach, engagement, and brand recall.

Key Responsibilities

- Create monthly social media strategies and content calendars.

- Develop concepts for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and moment-marketing campaigns.

- Write engaging captions, hooks, scripts, and campaign copies.

- Research daily trends, trending audios, formats, hashtags, and competitor activities.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and internal teams.

- Manage posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.

- Handle community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interactions.

- Plan and manage influencer and UGC campaigns.

- Track content performance and prepare monthly reports.

- Suggest new campaign ideas based on brand objectives and audience behaviour.

- Ensure that all published content follows the brand’s tone and visual identity.

Skills Required





- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

- Valuable content-writing and communication skills.

- Ability to create engaging reel concepts and scripts.

- Knowledge of Canva and basic design understanding.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.

- Understanding of influencer marketing and community management.

- Ability to work on multiple brands and meet deadlines.

- Strong awareness of digital trends and moment marketing.

- Basic knowledge of AI tools for research and content creation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
