North Willow Consulting is hiring SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE – CONTENT, COPYWRITING & CREATIVE

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Education: Any Graduate

Preferred: Advertising / Creative / Digital Marketing Agency experience

Key Responsibilities

- Plan social media strategies and campaigns
- Develop creative content ideas and concepts
- Write captions, social media copy and marketing content
- Create platform-specific social media content
- Design creatives using Canva
- Create and edit reels and short-form videos
- Manage and boost posts through Meta Ads Manager
- Handle audience targeting and campaign setup
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance
- Track reach, engagement and follower growth
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency
- Conduct competitor and trend research




- Use AI tools for content creation and marketing
- Coordinate with designers, editors, writers and agency partners
- Stay updated with trends, formats and viral concepts

Preferred Profile
- Hands-on social media and creative experience
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- Valuable Canva and video/reel editing skills
- Working knowledge of Meta/Facebook Ads Manager
- Exposure to multiple brands/client accounts preferred
- Advertising/Creative/Digital Agency experience preferred
- Portfolio or work samples required
