The Role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Intern to support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across our platforms. This fully remote role is a hands-on opportunity to learn about managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI automation within a professional marketing workplace. You won't just be scheduling posts - you will be an integral part of building our B2B audience and increasing brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Assist with copywriting, and design basic graphic or video assets that align with our services and target audience.
- Industry Research: Dive into IT, cybersecurity, and cloud topics to prepare highly relevant and engaging posts, with a heavy focus on LinkedIn.
- Community & Analytics: Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages under guidance, and compile performance metrics to inform future campaigns.




- Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to maintain a consistent, authoritative brand voice.

Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling social media copy, captions, and short-form content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Twitter/X) and B2B content best practices.
- Ability to perform online research on tech-focused topics to support content creation.
- Familiarity with simple design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) is a plus.
- A genuine interest in technology, managed IT, or AI automation, coupled with a willingness to learn and ask questions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, IT, or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a gender-neutral, inclusive, and fully remote team setting.
