MII Foundation is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy intern to support our social media and content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, social media, content creation, and digital communication.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing social media content across various platforms.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative posts, reels, stories, captions, and short-form videos.
- Assist in photography, videography, and basic video editing for social media.
- Support content calendars, campaign planning, and day-to-day social media activities.
- Research current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Coordinate with the team to highlight MII Foundation's initiatives, events, achievements, and impact.




- Monitor social media engagement and assist in preparing basic performance reports.
- Maintain consistency in the organization's visual identity and communication style.

? Eligibility & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a team-oriented environment.
