So, what is Atomnia?

Atomnia is the marketing and creative wing of Waxys .

Waxys is a home-fragrance brand building products that make everyday spaces smell better and feel better through fragrances, wax melts, and electric aroma solutions.

Atomnia grew out of the marketing engine behind Waxys.

Instead of keeping that creative system limited to one brand, Atomnia now works across content, branding, social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, photography, video production, and digital campaigns — for Waxys, other brands, and our own creator-led content properties.

Think of it like this:

Waxys builds products. Atomnia builds attention around them — and now does the same for much more than Waxys.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketer .

Part marketer.

Part creator.

Part internet addict.

Part “wait… I have an idea.”

You’ll get to

- Come up with Reel and YouTube ideas
- Write hooks, scripts, captions and campaign concepts
- Research trends before everyone gets bored of them
- Get in front of the camera and actually create content
- Work on shoots with videographers, editors and designers
- Create content for Instagram,



YouTube and Facebook
- Brainstorm ads, creator collaborations and brand campaigns
- Look at analytics and figure out why something worked
- Use AI and creative tools to make ideas happen faster
- Occasionally pitch something completely ridiculous that somehow becomes our best-performing content

One Important Thing You HAVE to be comfortable in front of the camera.

You don’t need 100K followers.

You don’t need to be an actor.

You don’t need a perfectly curated Instagram profile.

But if someone says “camera rolling” , you shouldn’t disappear from the room.

- You spend too much time on Instagram and YouTube and call it “research.”
- You instinctively notice good hooks, edits, trends and storytelling.
- You have ideas and actually want to make them.
