We're Hiring | Social Media Executive

Are you passionate about building brands through creative content and digital marketing? We're looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to lead our social media presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars.

Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, carousels, and video content.

Coordinate with the graphic design and video editing teams to create high-quality creatives.

Plan and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including onboarding and coordination with influencers.

Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas.

Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.

Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams for campaign execution.

Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers whenever required.

? Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.

Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.





Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling tools.

Good copywriting and communication skills.

Basic understanding of Canva and coordination with designers.

Robust analytical skills to monitor KPIs and campaign performance.

⭐ Preferred Skills

Experience with Influencer Marketing and creator collaborations.

Knowledge of SEO and social media optimization.

Experience running Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Experience in FMCG, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or Consumer Brands will be an advantage.
