Job title: On-Ground Content Creator – Bars, Lounges & Street Culture (Nightlife/Drinks)

Location: Delhi-NCR (on-location — you’ll be out at venues, not at a desk)

About the role We’re looking for an outgoing on-ground content creator to capture real people and real conversations at bars, lounges, cafés and on the streets of Delhi-NCR. This is not a sit-at-home editing job — you’ll be out meeting people, hosting on camera, and turning everyday nightlife into scroll-stopping short-form content.

What you’ll do

- Shoot short-form video on location at bars, lounges, cafés and alcohol retail spots across Delhi-NCR
- Approach and talk to real people on camera — vox-pop interviews, reactions, fun nightlife conversations
- Host and present confidently; be the face and voice of the content
- Create street-culture content — man-on-the-street questions, trends, candid moments




- Work with the marketing team on ideas, hooks and formats

What we’re looking for
- Naturally outgoing — genuinely comfortable walking up to strangers and striking up a conversation on camera
- Strong on-camera presence; clear, engaging Hinglish (Hindi + English) delivery for a Delhi audience
- Comfortable working in and around nightlife and alcohol settings
- Solid smartphone videography — you can shoot clean content (framing, light, audio) on a phone
- Understands Instagram/Reels trends, hooks and pacing
- Available for evening/night and weekend shoots (that’s when the scene is alive)
- Of legal drinking age

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
