- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars aligned with brand and marketing objectives.

- Create concepts, scripts, captions, reels, carousels, stories, memes and other social media formats.

- Research current social media trends, viral formats, sounds, hashtags and competitor content.

- Develop short-form video content, including Reels, Shorts and promotional videos.

- Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs and storytelling content to increase engagement and conversions.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers and marketing teams to execute content.

- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all platforms.

- Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, views, shares, saves and follower growth.

- Analyze content performance and use insights to improve future content.





- Participate in brainstorming sessions and develop cutting-edge campaign ideas for clients/brands.

- Create content for product launches, offers, campaigns, events and seasonal promotions.

- Manage content publishing and ensure posts are delivered according to the content calendar.

- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, AI content tools and platform algorithm changes.

- Support influencer collaborations, UGC campaigns and creator partnerships when required.

- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms.

- Ensure all published content is accurate, engaging, grammatically correct and aligned with brand guidelines.

- Maintain an organized library of content assets, scripts, creatives and campaign materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
