PGAK Innovations Pvt. Ltd. makes the CCTV cameras a business already owns actually intelligent. A small AI box plugs into the customer's existing DVR or NVR, and our software turns raw footage into things people act on: who came to work today, who crossed the boundary at 2 AM, which alert really needs a human.

No camera replacement. Founded in 2023 and based in Ludhiana, we sell to factories, warehouses, shops, housing societies and homes across Punjab, and through dealers in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Jaipur.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PGAK's story is easy to tell and easy to get wrong. Easy, because every factory owner knows the feeling of a camera that recorded the theft but told nobody. Wrong, because the moment you sound like a crime show, you lose them. We need someone to run our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube every day in a voice that is confident, warm and never fear-mongering, and to turn that attention into demo requests.

You will run PGAK's day-to-day marketing, working directly with the CEO. Twelve months in, PGAK will have a steady posting rhythm on four platforms, a library of reels and carousels in one recognisable style, a monthly report that ties posts and ads to leads in our CRM, and dealers and factory owners who recognise the brand before we call them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the content calendar: plan and publish reels, carousels, stories and posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, around three posts a week plus stories.
- Make the content: write captions in Hinglish and English in PGAK's voice, build simple creatives in Canva, edit short videos, and shoot footage at customer installations with the sales team.
- Run the inbox: reply to comments and DMs within the hour during working hours, and log every enquiry as a lead in the CRM for follow-up.
- Support paid campaigns:



set up and monitor Meta and Google ads with the CEO, watch cost per lead, and rotate creatives.
- Keep our listings alive: Google Business Profile posts and reviews, and coordinate blog posts for pgak.co.in.
- Report weekly: reach, engagement, followers, leads by source, and what to change next week.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years handling social media for clients at a digital or creative agency: multiple accounts, content calendars, client approvals.
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn pages and YouTube Studio.
- Writes well: clean Hinglish and English captions, hooks and short scripts. Bring posts you wrote.
- Basic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut or similar); you should not need a designer for a daily post.
- Comfortable behind the camera: directing a factory owner for a 30-second testimonial, shooting b-roll on a phone.
- Reads analytics and changes what gets posted because of them.

NICE TO HAVE

- B2B or industrial clients (manufacturing, security, real estate) rather than only D2C or lifestyle brands.
- Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads hands-on.
- AI creative tools such as Google Flow or Veo, Midjourney, ElevenLabs or similar.
- Basic Google Business Profile and SEO awareness.
- Punjabi.

HOW WE WORK

You will work within PGAK's content guidelines: we describe alerts and assistance, never "catching thieves"; no fear-mongering, no absolute guarantees, and face recognition is always consent-based.

COMPENSATION

₹20,000 per month. On-site in Ludhiana, Punjab. Reports to Aditya Mittal, CEO.
