Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging social media content that aligns with Fitspire’s brand voice and wellness mission. The associate will manage daily posting schedules, monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop campaigns,



tracking performance metrics, and suggesting improvements based on data and trends. The role also requires staying updated on social media best practices, wellness industry trends, and competitor activities to help grow brand awareness and audience reach.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media management, including planning calendars and reporting performance.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with online communities.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic analytics tools.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to suggesting creative ideas.
- Interest in health, fitness, and wellness; prior experience in the wellness or consumer products sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
