Position Overview:

The Social Media Associate will assist customer marketing initiatives by planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns. This role is responsible for developing multi-platform campaigns, coordinating content creation, monitoring campaign performance, and working closely with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing goals. In addition the Social Media Associate will create social media campaigns for our customer’s clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Church Social Media

- Create a social media plan and strategy to be executed by the Social Media Service Representative and the client’s social media team member in applicable.

Christians Alliance Social Media

- Create a social media plan and strategy.
- Manage social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and other digital platforms.
- Develop campaign goals, target audiences, posting schedules, and content calendars.
- Coordinate Customer Service Representatives in the creation of written content, graphics, videos, landing pages, ad copy, and other campaign materials.




- Assist with Google Ads and paid social media campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Research target clients, keywords, competitors, industry trends, and campaign opportunities.
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers, reports, and social media records.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, website teams, and management to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Test messaging, audiences, platforms, and content formats to improve campaign performance.
- Meet assigned campaign, lead generation, and reporting targets.

Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.

· Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

· Basic knowledge of paid advertising, content marketing, and campaign analytics.

· Robust written and verbal English communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM and social media management tools.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills.
