TL;DR: We're hiring a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media and digital marketing execution for one of our key accounts, at 50% capacity, with the remaining time allocated to other studio work. You'll run the content calendar, copywriting, campaigns and reporting for the account, with our design team backing you up on creative execution.

Role: As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive, you will manage social media and digital marketing execution for an assigned client account. Responsibilities include content calendar planning, copywriting, community engagement, paid social media campaign management, and performance reporting, working closely with our internal design team on creative output.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience. 100% on-site, full-time position at our office at Yelachanahalli, Kanakapura Road.

What This Role Is NOT:

- Not a strategy-only or supervisory role, you execute the work yourself
- Not a design or video editing role, the design team owns creative execution
- Not an SEO or website services role
- Not a remote or hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:

Short-term (1-2 years):

- Manage social media content and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube for the assigned account
- Plan and maintain the content calendar, ensuring a standard output of 8 posts a month plus additional topical posts as agreed
- Handle copywriting and brief the design team on creative direction, including animations, videos and reels, coordinating closely on execution
- Set up, run and manage day-to-day paid social media campaigns
- Track digital analytics and prepare performance reports focused on organic reach
- Manage up to two rounds of content and creative iteration per deliverable, and flag anything beyond that limit

Medium to long-term (2-3 years):

- Develop a deep understanding of the client's products,



business objectives and target audience
- Use performance data to recommend adjustments to content strategy and campaign approach
- Take on additional client accounts or a larger share of studio digital marketing work based on performance

- Content delivered on schedule and per the agreed calendar
- Measurable improvement in organic reach and campaign performance
- Accuracy and timeliness of performance reporting
- Iteration discipline, staying within agreed rounds and flagging scope creep early
- Further goals and objectives, KPIs, and project plans will be discussed in detail during onboarding.

Basic Terms of Employment:

- Permanent, full-time, in office role at our Kanakapura Road office
- Working hours: our day starts between 09:00 and 10:15, and are usually 9 hour workdays, Monday to Friday
- 6 months' probation (no paid leaves during probation)
- 3 months' notice period if employee wishes to terminate the contract

Skills and Tools Required:

- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Strong copywriting skills in English
- Ability to write clear creative briefs for a design team
- Prior hands-on video/reel editing not required
- Experience running and managing paid social media campaigns
- Ability to read and act on digital analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
