About the Role:

Favcy Venture Builders is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the visual identity of the brand and supporting our startup ecosystem through impactful design across digital and print mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social-First Creation:

Design engaging social media assets — carousels, static posts, stories, and cover images — for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, ensuring strict alignment with brand guidelines.

- Video &
- Motion Production:

Edit and produce high-engagement short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks), including captions, transitions, pacing adjustments, and basic motion graphics.

- Marketing &

- Campaign Assets:

Develop digital marketing graphics, including high-converting performance ad creatives, promotional banners, and event announcements.

- AI-Enhanced Workflow:

Leverage modern AI design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, AI captioning tools) to rapidly prototype ideas, iterate efficiently, and enhance production speed for daily content.

- Visual Strategy &

- Ideation:

Manage the end-to-end creative process, from concepting social campaigns to final asset delivery,



ensuring output aligns with current platform trends and algorithms.

- Digital Branding:

Create cohesive visual templates and style guides using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud to streamline workflows and maintain brand consistency across the ecosystem.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications:

- Design &
- Video Mastery:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) or agile editing platforms such as CapCut for business.

Experience with Figma is a strong plus.

- Social Media Native:

Deep understanding of visual communication, typography, hooks, pacing, and what drives engagement specifically on social media platforms.

- AI Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with AI-based design generation or AI video editing tools to enhance daily output.

- Agility &

- Attention to Detail:

Ability to manage multiple quick-turnaround projects, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Experience:

1–3 years of proven experience specifically focused on social media design, digital marketing, and video editing.
