Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media Manager Intern who understands how brands communicate, engage, and grow on digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in social media strategy, content planning, community management, trend research, and campaign execution across multiple brands and industries.

You will work closely with the strategy, creative, and performance teams to manage social media activities and help build content that increases brand visibility, engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for multiple client accounts
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Research social media trends, formats, competitors, and audience behaviour
- Develop content ideas for reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors,



and content teams for content execution
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and content performance
- Assist in preparing social media reports and identifying actionable insights
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, features, and AI-powered content tools

Requirements

- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram and familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
- Strong interest in social media trends and digital culture
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a quick-paced agency environment

Preferred

- Candidates based in Bengaluru preferred, though the role is remote
- Prior internship, coursework, personal projects, or experience managing social media pages is a plus
- Basic understanding of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools
- Interest in AI-powered content creation and marketing tools

Internship Details

Duration: 04 Months

Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000
