About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager who can own digital end-to-end — from strategy and content to execution, performance and growth.

You should have experience working with startups, agencies or growing brands, with a proven ability to build brands from the ground up.

What You’ll Own

- Social media strategy, content and execution
- Digital marketing campaigns and brand communication
- Paid advertising & performance marketing
- SEO & SEM
- Lead generation
- Email & CRM marketing
- Analytics, reporting and optimisation
- Campaign planning and execution
- Overall digital brand presence

You don’t need to be an expert in every area, but you should understand the full digital ecosystem and have strong hands-on execution experience.

What We’re Looking For





- 4 years of relevant experience
- Startup, agency or growth-stage experience
- Proven experience building or scaling brands from scratch
- Strong creative thinking and content sense
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach
- Ability to connect creativity with business objectives
- Data-driven approach to testing and optimisation
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently
