The project:

This is a complex, large scale, data centre mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leads end to end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets and risks while aligning all stakeholders to shared outcomes.
- Oversees client, consultant and contractor relationships, driving collaboration and clear communication.
- Provides expert guidance, promotes Safety First and embeds best practice, digital and sustainability principles.
- Manages teams, strengthens commercial performance and advances continuous improvement and net zero goals.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree qualification is essential with 15-25 years experience.
- Advanced technical expertise across design, construction,



planning and commercial management.
- Full construction delivery data centre experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
- Robust communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
- Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
