? Role: Team Leader – Internal Audit

Key responsibilities

- Plan and execute internal audit assignments, including fieldwork, documentation and reporting.
- Analyse large volumes of transactional data using MS Excel / audit analytics tools.
- Review financial statements, business processes and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare working papers, audit findings and RACM.
- Prepare and present audit reports covering observations, risks, impact and recommendations.
- Interact with clients to discuss audit procedures, findings and control improvements.
- Design, test and enhance IFC / ICOFAR controls.
- Perform control walkthroughs and maintain testing documentation.
- Lead audit teams and support effective execution of assignments.

Eligibility





? CA / CIA / CA-Inter / CMA / ICWA / MBA or equivalent

? 1–5 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, SOPs and/or IFC/ICOFAR.

Skills preferred

✔ Strong understanding of Internal Audit methodologies and risk assessment

✔ Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills

✔ Basic understanding of accounting and taxation

✔ Good written and verbal communication skills

✔ Ability to interact with clients independently

✔ Willingness to travel
