Senior Sitecore AI Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands‑on Sitecore AI Developer with strong Next.js and React experience. The ideal candidate understands the big picture, takes ownership, learns quickly, and contributes. This role focuses on building XM Cloud solutions, AI‑enabled features and modern front‑end applications for a multi‑site enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance solutions using Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, Next.js, and React




- Develop AI Agents for development, testing, and deployment automation
- Work across SXA, Sitecore Search, GraphQL, JSS, and Sitecore CLI
- Troubleshoot issues across Sitecore, Vercel, Azure, and front‑end layers
- Take ownership of features end‑to‑end, Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

Sitecore

- 5+ years in Sitecore CMS & 2+ years in XM Cloud
- Experience with Sitecore AI, personalization, and Sitecore APIs
- Strong in SXA, Sitecore Search, GraphQL, Sitecore CLI, Unicorn, Solr Experience migrating XM- XM Cloud

Front‑End / Full Stack
- 2–3+ years in Next.js
- Strong React fundamentals , Experience with Vercel (good to have)
- REST API development & Experience with Azure, ADO, and CI/CD pipelines (good to have)

AI / Automation (Good to Have)
- Built or contributed to AI Agents for development, testing, or deployment
- Experience with LLM‑based automation or workflow orchestration
