ob Description – Site Surveyor

Location - Khammam

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting detailed site surveys to measure land features, boundaries, and

topography.
1. Using surveying tools (e.g., total stations, GPS) to collect precise site data.
2. Creating maps, reports, and digital models for use by architects and engineers.
3. Setting out reference points for construction work based on architectural and

engineering plans.
1. Ensuring structures are built in the correct location and alignment.
2. Monitoring construction progress to detect any deviations from design specifications.
3. Preparing survey reports, legal descriptions, and as-built documentation.
4. The role requires travel across Telangana to various project sites and business





locations, based on organizational requirements.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
2. 2+ years’ experience
3. Robust communication & analytical skills
4. Proficient working in Excel and AutoCAD

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Experience

- Land surveying: 3 years (Required)
- Construction management: 2 years (Required)
- total stations, GPS: 2 years (Required)
- AutoCAD & Excel : 2 years (Required)
